At the back of the Campbell's estate (I guess its actually Duke of Argyll, but the tea-room has 3 Andy Warhol Campbell's soup prints, so for me it will always be the Campbell's estate!), there is a woodland (Brackley Wood) that leads up to a tower on top of a steep hill with a view over the estate, the township and further down the Loch. This is situated on the way up (or down!).
While visiting Edinburgh, I showed this photo of Gunnamatta Beach to my kind hosts at Aonach Mor Guest House (really terrific place!), and they exclaimed: "That's the Ayr coastline!". "No, its Gunnamatta Beach, Australia", and they replied, "All you need is a castle and you have the Ayr Coast". So, this is a sentimental shot, as it really does look quite similar to the Gunnamatta coastline, but with a Castle!
